Rachel has been an incredible guide to help me recognise my emotions and I made great progress which was reflected as the weekly sessions went on. She created a gentle, safe environment for me to explore and view emotions, memories and situations in ways I have never before. She was never judgemental and made me feel seen for the first time in my life. She eased me extremely gently into situations that were difficult to talk about and found gentle alternative ways to discuss trauma.  But she also had the perfect balance to give softer sessions when required. I can’t thank Rachel enough for always giving me the perfect safe space that I’ve never had before and was given to me without hesitation.
