I first came to Rachel earlier this year to explore issues around anxiety and grief after the death of a parent. As well as working directly on these themes, we touched on self esteem and family behaviour patterns. Rachel created a safe and judgement free space to work on these areas in my own time, whilst always providing wise and reassuring guidance. Since beginning my sessions, I’ve felt able to set my own boundaries, become more aware of my own behaviours and have generally felt happier and more confident. Rachel’s sessions have been deeply transformative and have enabled me to view so many aspects of my life with a new awareness.
